Our economic development cohort program provides entrepreneurs with invaluable knowledge needed to not only start a business but to succeed in business. Our life readiness cohort members will gain insight into the options available to them after high school.

Small Business Owners
The B.O.S.S.™ program is an 8 week cohort program designed to help entrepreneurs set up their businesses the correct way from the beginning. The goal is to avoid the growing pains that some new business owners experience due to lack of information and assistance. The program meets once a week for two hours. The Village Life Readiness Program is designed to build a creative and collaborative learning community where students improve their academic and social emotional skills, further refine their post-secondary aspirations, and prepare to make an effective post-secondary transition. It is the place where participants will set, monitor, and receive support around their key academic goals for the year. Students will develop and implement a supported post-secondary plan. They will learn the college retention and career transition skills and strategies that lead to long-term success. Lastly they will further develop their communication, written, presentation, and collaboration skills. Mentors will be assigned to all cohort members. Our Baby B.O.S.S. Program provides entrepreneurship education and training to high school students. The eight-week program will teach students an entrepreneurship mindset, entrepreneurial skills and provide business tools to assist students in starting and operating a business.
