TVLCP provides Site users with information concerning TVLCP’s services (the “Service”), i.e. pro bono legal, programs, ways for volunteers to assist, and opportunities for donors to assist TVLCP’s mission financially.

In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

The Site is not intended to solicit clients, provide legal advice or substitute for legal services or advice from legal counsel. The Site was prepared for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer by TVLCP to represent you, and your use of this Site will not create an attorney-client relationship. The information on this site pertains to Illinois law. The information on this website is not guaranteed to be up to date. The information on this site is not meant to replace the advice of competent legal counsel licensed in your state.

Your privacy is of the upmost importance to TVLCP. We created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your privacy.

TVLCP may collect your name, e-mail address and other personally identifiable information if you voluntarily submit such information by filling out a web form or sending us an email through our Site.

If you have requested that we contact you, the personally identifiable information you provide to TVLCP through the Site may be used to contact you with information in response to your request, including information regarding, (i) legal assistance and programs; (ii) volunteer opportunities; (iii) ways donor can assist TVLCP with financial resources; or (iv) referrals and eligibility information, or (v) other information in response to your request. 

Personally identifiable information that you enter into the Website will not be given to any other organization. Under no circumstances will TVLCP sell, rent or exchange E-mail addresses or any financial information you may enter into the site to partners.
